Hi, I’m Jacinta 👋🏽
I’m the planner and florist behind Champagne Electric, and a firm believer that weddings should feel like you, not a Pinterest moodboard.
I actually started in weddings with a microphone in hand. For years I sang at ceremonies and dance floors, which gave me a front-row seat to everything that makes a wedding vibe (or sometimes, not so much). I saw first-hand how a well-timed song, a thoughtful run sheet, or a late-night snack could completely change the energy in the room.
When I planned my own wedding, I learned the other side of the story: the excitement, the vision, and the “holy hell, there are a million decisions and opinions” stage. I knew exactly what I wanted the day to feel like, but I also realised how much I craved a steady hand and a sounding board to pull it all together (it ended up being a few very patient and lovely girlfriends who fulfilled this for me!).
That combo -performing inside weddings and planning my own - lit the spark for Champagne Electric. Planning came first (turns out I love spreadsheets almost as much as a great dance floor), then florals followed during a lockdown experiment that turned into a full-blown obsession. Now I get to design weddings from every angle: the plan, the flowers, the vibe.
Today, Champagne Electric is a buzzing creative studio for vibey couples who want memorable weddings.
I build the concept, the dream team, the design, and create a day that flows so smoothly you actually get to enjoy it. Music is still part of my world through our friends at Paper Hearts, but the heart of what I do is bringing planning and flowers together so your wedding feels effortless, modern, and unmistakably yours.
Some people have been so kind to describe me as:
'Just AMAZING'
•
'the loveliest human'
•
'my new cool bestie'
•
'so insightful'
•
'a creative wizardress'

But enough about me! I want to know about you.

Totally understand! Planning a wedding is generally unknown territory for most. Don’t worry, we value pricing transparency, so we will also have an honest but relaxed conversation about your design requirements vs budget expectations during our initial chat, and provide you with an itemised quote along with your proposal.

Some of my favourite weddings have been ones where I was part planner, part coordinator, part musician and part florist! It certainly can be done, as I have a brilliant team of freelancers who will make sure that my hands extend to where they need to be.

Totally get that a wedding planner doesn’t always make the cut when you’re initially crunching the numbers for your wedding. I think you’d be surprised with a) what most of my couples’ budgets are, and b) how much money and time a planner saves you in the big picture. Only way to find out is to get in touch!
