I help couples who care about meaning (and music, and food, and how it feels) plan weddings that are full of life - not just full of stuff.

I have been working with couples in wedding land for the last 4 years, creating fun, stress free celebrations of love.

With a teaching, hospitality and performing background, wedding planning is the perfect blend of my organised, personable and creative sides - and I like to think I bring out the best in the couples I work with. Many people find wedding planning stressful, but I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be, and… shock horror… it can even be fun.

    • Ongoing doc - A live document in Notion where we keep track of key tasks, decisions, and supplier info — updated as we go

    • Budget management – a real working budget that works for you

    • Run sheets & documents – shared timelines, styling decks, contacts

    • Seating plan + dietary matrix – yes, I’ll help with the tricky stuff

    • Floor plan - so everyone will know what to do on the day

    • Bump-in coordination – we handle the setup logistics of your team

    • Styling set up - we are on hand to set up your items as you want them

    • On-the-day management – you relax, I run the day

THE DAY-of vibe

You’ve planned the wedding. I make sure it actually runs.

What’s included:

  • 8-week planning handover

  • Custom run sheet + supplier comms

  • Bump-in and styling management

  • Full on-the-day coordination (up to 10 hours, or until all formalities are complete)

  • One assistant included (because two heads = smoother weddings)

Only available to couples who’ve booked a Vibe Check first—so I know the plan is sound.
