When these two came to work with me, their wedding planning mindset was already so focused on how their guests were going to feel, and how laidback but special they wanted their wedding day to be - it was so refreshing.
However, having never planned a wedding before, and with a private property on their hands, they struggled to know how to make it feel like a wedding that represented them and what they cared about. Throw in the fact that most of their wedding was planned from London, and you’ve got a recipe for major overwhelm.
Together, we:
Laid out a floorplan for the entire property that put guest experience first
Put together a day flow that made their cocktail style celebration feel special and grounded
Built a creative Vibe Brief for the day that worked with the laidback style and feel of their wedding
Talked through floral touchpoints and came up with a concept that felt right for the day, space and location
Shortlisted and organised suppliers for the visuals of the day, including signage, florals, lighting, cake, furniture, and marquee
Flawlessly set up these touchpoints on the day
Set Danni and Nick up for a day that they were fully present in
