A REAL DEAL ELECTRIC DAY

When these two came to work with us, their wedding planning mindset was already so focused on how their guests were going to feel, and how laidback but special they wanted their wedding day to be - it was so refreshing.
However, there were a few less than ideal things that meant they needed extra help:
- never planned a wedding before (can you relate?)
- a private property on their hands for the day
- living overseas while planning a wedding in Aus.

It was a recipe for a Menty B.

So we:

  • Removed the overwhelm of how the whole day was going to come together
  • Put guest experience first - this showed up in the property floor plan, the supplier team and the flow of the day
  • Designed an ultra-special, but laidback and grounded cocktail style party that went for an entire weekend
  • Decided on the most impactful floral touchpoints that kept the beauty of the Peninsula surrounds at the forefront
  • Scouted, shortlisted and organised their dream team list of suppliers, including signage, florals, lighting, cake, furniture, and marquee
  • Flawlessly set up all of the details for the day, ready for guest arrival
  • Kept Danni + Nick present, calm and not in charge of a single thing

The result? Danni and Nick had an epic, love-filled wedding day that looked amazing, centred their guest experience and prioritised their own calm and presence.

How is this different than hiring a stylist/ coordinator?

A stylist focuses on how your wedding looks.

A coordinator focuses on how your wedding runs.

Your Electric Day is magic in that it combines both, so the creative vision and the logistics are led together from start to finish.

When should we reach out?

As soon as you know you want this level of support, get in touch. The closer we get to your wedding, the more touch points we have, but more of a runway is helpful for availability of stock and an easeful process.

We work with couples from a maximum of 18 months from their wedding, to a minimum of 3 months before.

How soon after booking do we start?

Once your date is approved and we are locked and loaded, you will receive your onboarding questionnaire.

From here, our first face-to-face can happen anytime there is availability - meet you for a wine?

What’s included in YED?

Every wedding has its own groove, but Your Electric Day typically includes:

  • Creative Direction

  • Styling design and recommendations

  • Supplier recommendations

  • A style guide and design documentation aka The Vibe Brief

  • Floor plans and styling layouts/mockups

  • Timeline creation

  • Supplier communication and management from eight weeks out

What do we still manage ourselves?

You’ll still book your venue and suppliers, manage your overall budget and stay involved in the decisions that matter most to you. We step in as your creative lead, then take over communication and logistics in the final eight weeks.

My venue already has a coordinator…

Venue coordinators are legends, but their job lies with venue. They manage what happens within their walls, their staff, their bump in rules, their timings. They are not there to hold your full vision, wrangle every supplier, style your details, or troubleshoot the fifty tiny things that pop up outside venue scope.

Your Electric Day means someone is focused on you, your brief, your flow, and your experience from start to finish, not just the venue’s operations.

Plus, we’ll pack everything down at the end of the night, leaving you carefree and your venue coordinator happy.

Will we work with Jacinta?

Jacinta is your lead Vibe Curator and main point of contact through this package. Along the way, you may encounter other members of the CE extended fam - lucky you!

The bigger the guest list, the bigger the dream, the more hands are needed to bring it all together - but don’t worry, all of that is covered in your initial investment.
